What if the size doesn't fit when it arrives?
Bring it back or send it back unworn with the tags on and we'll exchange it for another size, or refund it if we're out of stock. Keep the packaging if you can, it makes the return simpler.
Do you do alterations, and do they cost extra?
Yes. Simple hems and waist adjustments on pieces bought from us are usually free, and anything more involved is quoted before we start.
How do I know which size to order online?
Every product page lists the actual garment measurements in inches along with the size our model is wearing. Measure a piece you already like and match it, that's more reliable than a size label.
Will you restock something that's sold out?
Core pieces come back in most sizes through the season, but seasonal runs are limited and often don't return. Message us with the style and your size and we'll tell you either way.
